Nonrestorable Carpet Removal in San Antonio, TX

This home had a severe water loss in a large portion of their home. While a large majority of the flooring was restorable, this room had thick carpet padding that prevented drying in place and the water had de-laminated the carpeting almost entirely. With this being the case, the homeowner was unable to reuse the carpet after it was dried down and we removed it from the property and disposed of it for them hassle-free for the homeowner. In cases like this, where we are unable to restore materials to their preloss condition, we try to do our best to ensure that the build back for the customer proceeds as smoothly as possible.
